For this reason, in collaboration with Roboteco, we have developed a complete laser welding solution with a fiber source integrated into a high-performance robotic cell, with the goal of increasing welding quality and speed while ensuring high process repeatability.
This collaboration made it possible to combine our expertise in laser technology with Roboteco’s experience in industrial automation and welding, resulting in a solution capable of accurately processing stainless-steel components, which are typically used in the white goods industry.
The results have been extremely satisfactory: in addition to a significant reduction in cycle time, we achieved aesthetically flawless joints, an effective combination of laser technology and automation, benefiting suppliers, integrators, and end customers alike.
