StrainView is the solution developed by Tecnosens for the automatic monitoring of residual stresses in glass containers. The system enables precise and repeatable measurements both on the bottom and side surfaces, ensuring compliance with quality standards and preventing breakages, contamination, and non-conformities.
Based on advanced optical technology, StrainView uses a vision system with a proprietary camera and control software to measure optical deformation (Optical Delay) and internal mechanical stress (in MPa or psi) with high accuracy, providing a visual representation with color scale images.
