Optimize The Welding Process with Shielding Gas
When welding requires not only strength and durability but also an aesthetically pleasing appearance, shielding gas becomes essential.
In many cases, the typical gas canister is not enough, and what is commonly referred to as a “shoe” is needed: a custom-designed component capable of protecting the welded joint by reducing the presence of oxygen during the process. The result is a neater joint,which is also extremely durable.
We assess the efficiency of these “shoes” using a tool we designed internally. The entire manufacturing process of these devices – from the design to on-site testing – is carefully carried out and managed directly by us.
