Standalone mass flow regulator with internal housing that provides electrical and environmental protection to the MFC 20202 OEM version. Particularly suited to replace traditional flow regulator. It provides every OEM Mass Flow Meter functions, but with more interfaces:

MFM 2120: RS232/ 0…5 Volt, MFM 2130: RS232/ 4…20 mA,
MFM 2140: RS485.

Through the integration in one manifold and stand-alone system of OEM mass flow meters, OEM controllers, pressure sensors and external module, Axetris can realize one unic and compact solution, based on the customer's specific needs and application.

Contrary to the traditional mixing systems, that use standard mass flow meters, a custom stand-alone system allows to have a more compact solution at a lower cost.

The mass flow meter for gas MFM 2021, in addition to MEMS technology for the flow measure, is provided with a high precision PID control, with analogic exit, that allows a direct, easy, accurate and fast control of the mass flow. The valve override function permits to manage easily the valve, from completely open to completely closed and every option in between.
