Model KR3140 consists of an infrared LED and a Photo transistor.

Model KR3900 have an LED which emits the light from Blue to Infra red, and a Photo transistor in a transfer mold package with clear resin.

Model KR3910 have an LED which emits the light from Blue to Infra red, and a Photo transistor in a transfer mold package with clear resin.
